What is the price of the Xiaomi 14T in Nepal?
There are no official words on the price of the Xiaomi 14T in Nepal. It is a bit hard to figure out too, because internationally it starts at EUR 649.99, which would convert to Rs. 94,451.31 on today’s conversion rate.
However, the Xiaomi flagship itself is available at Rs. 99,999. So, the price of the Xiaomi 14T being nearly as much as the Xiaomi 14 isn’t very likely. Hence, it will likely be priced a tier below — probably somewhere between Rs. 70,000–80,000.
Apart from the cameras, the Xiaomi 14T also packs some attractive specs. Let’s take a look at what the phone has to offer in further detail in this article.

Xiaomi 14T Overview
Camera
The Xiaomi “T” series are the company’s semi-flagship phones with a large emphasis on their imaging capabilities. As such, the Xiaomi 14T are no different, complete with its Leica-partnered optics.
The main camera here is a 50MP unit with a Sony IMX906 sensor underneath. It is then supported by a 50MP telephoto and a 12MP ultrawide snapper. Meanwhile, there is a 32MP shooter on the front.
Other than the capable hardware, the Xiaomi 14T enjoys exclusive filters, photographic styles, shutter sound, etc. out of the Leica partnership.
The videography side of things is stacked too with things like Cinematic Blur, Rack Focus, Director Mode, Log format recording, and so on.
Design and Build
The Xiaomi 14T has a pretty similar design to the flagship offering. It has curved edges and flat frames just like the Xiaomi 14 — even the camera island is in the same place.
The main difference here is the 14T has protruding camera rings while the other has everything enclosed within a glass slab. Pretty much the same difference as between the Redmi Note 14 Pro and 14 Pro+.
The phone ships in Titan Grey, Titan Blue, Titan Black, and Lemon Green colour options. Despite all the “Titan” names, this phone does not use titanium for its frames — just good ol’ aluminium alloy.
The Lemon Green option, however, does indeed use lemon fibres for the PU leather back panel. In the meantime, the former three have glass slabs for their back panels.
And yeah, the Xiaomi 14T is IP68-rated.

Display
On the front, you are looking at a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution stretching 2,712 x 1,200 pixels and maintaining 446PPI pixel density. The Xiaomi 14T also offers up to 144Hz and 480Hz refresh and touch sampling rates respectively.
Additionally, it is a 12-bit panel with a 68 billion colour depth and covers the DCI-P3 colour gamut. You get PWM dimming of up to 3,840Hz and a peak brightness of 4,000 nits on this thing. Moreover, the Xiaomi 14T has three TÜV Rheinland certifications, for low blue light (hardware solution), flicker-free, and circadian friendly.
Xiaomi does not mention having used Gorilla Glass — or in fact — any kind of hardened glass over its screen. So yeah, there’s that.
Hardware
The Xiaomi 14T has the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra chipset serving as its brains. It is one of the most capable upper midrange processors with a maximum clock speed of 3.35GHz.
The smartphone is available in 12/256GB, and 12/512GB trims in the international market. However, it is unclear in which configurations will it be available in Nepal.
There is this interesting “Ultra Space” feature in the Xiaomi 14T, which is apparently a patented technology and accesses extra storage space. The lower trim gets 8GB of this Ultra Space while the higher variants get 16 gigs of it.
The Xiaomi 14T packs this IceLoop system, which is just a fancy name for a vapour chamber. The size of it is unknown as of now.
Moving on to the battery, we are looking at a 5,000mAh unit with 67W charging support.
This phone also has an independent security chip — something similar to Samsung’s Knox Vault.
OS and AI
Talking of the software, the Xiaomi 14T boots on the in-house HyperOS based on Android 14 out of the box. It will receive four OS upgrades and five years of security updates.
The Xiaomi HyperOS 2 has already been rolled out for this phone, so you should receive the update as soon as you boot it up.
It also comes with a handful of AI features like Google Gemini integration, AI Interpreter, AI Notes, AI Recorder, AI Subtitles, AI Film, and so on.
Xiaomi 14T Price in Nepal and Availability
The Xiaomi 14T price in Nepal is currently unknown. However, if I were to guess, I’d say it will fall somewhere between the range of Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 80,000. It will likely launch in the first half of February 2025, so we will know what its pricing is soon enough.
Smartphone | Expected Price in Nepal |
---|---|
Xiaomi 14T | NPR 70000–80000 |
Depending on the price, the Xiaomi 14T could be the best-in-class camera phone with Leica-partnered optics. The rest of the hardware is decently powerful too and if this “Ultra Space” thing holds any ground, it could be revolutionary!
