Vivo, a global technology brand renowned for its smartphones, announces its official partnership with the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) as the official smartphone partner for the Nepal Premier League (NPL) 2024.
The partnership was officially unveiled at a grand event in Kathmandu, graced by Michael Liu, CEO of vivo Nepal; Paras Khadka, Secretary of CAN; and other distinguished officials from vivo and CAN. The event also welcomed national distributors and special guests, marking a significant milestone for Nepalese cricket.
The inaugural edition of the Nepal Premier League is scheduled to take place at Tribhuvan International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur from November 30 to December 21, 2024.
As per the company, this partnership underscores vivo’s commitment to promoting sports both globally and at the grassroots level. Building on its legacy of partnerships with premier sporting events such as the IPL and UEFA Euro Cup, vivo aims to inspire and unite fans in Nepal through this landmark association.
