At Only Rs. 1250 Per Month, Vianet Launches 175 Mbps Internet with TV Under Its Ultra-Fi Package

Vianet, one of the popular internet and TV service providers in Nepal, has launched three new plans at attractive prices. The company is launching this new line of plans under the name “Ultra-Fi”.

The three plans include 125 Mbps, 175 Mbps, and 250 Mbps. On an annual subscription basis, these new plans cost Rs. 1,100, Rs. 1,250, and Rs. 1,500 per month, respectively, making them the cheapest price per month per Mbps—even cheaper than the CG NET.

Among the above-mentioned three plans, the company believes that the 175 Mbps plan will suit the majority of consumers. The plan costs Rs. 15,000 for an annual subscription and includes 2 ViaTV subscriptions.

Having said that, you do need to keep in mind a few one-time setup charges. Under Ultra-Fi plans, the consumer is required to purchase an Ultra-Fi Wi-Fi device from Vianet, which is a dual-band ONU device. Additionally, you may have to pay extra for internet installation, set-top boxes, a fiber Wi-Fi device deposit, and a set-top box deposit.

However, if you subscribe to a yearly plan, Vianet offers free internet installation, free first set-top box, and Rs. 1,000 reward points on all of the packages.

The provided ONU, according to Vianet, also enables a mesh Wi-Fi system, and the company intends to offer affordable mesh Wi-Fi solutions for its customers in the near future.
