Redmi Pad Pro 5G Overview

Design

The tablet has a rectangular slab-like design with rounded corners. The unibody of the tablet is crafted from aluminum which gives it structural rigidity while also being thin and light.

On the back of the Pro variant, there’s a thin line that divides the rear panel into two halves, each in a slightly different shade of color. In the smaller section, you’ll spot the camera and flash cutouts up in the top left corner, along with the Redmi logo down in the bottom left.

You can find the volume buttons and the power/fingerprint buttons near the side of the camera. There is a USB-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack on the bottom portion as well.

Display

The 12.01-inch IPS LCD display of the Redmi Pad Pro 5G has a resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels. It can reach a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz during use and a peak brightness of 600nits under bright conditions.

Speaking of sound, the tablet comes with 4 individual cutouts for the speakers which gives the tablet a quad speaker setup. Besides that, the tablet also comes with magnets on the inside to attach accessories like a smart pen and keyboard folio.
