Realme Narzo N65 with 120Hz Display Launched in Nepal

Realme has launched the new Realme Narzo N65 in Nepal.

The Realme Narzo N65, a more budget-focused option in Realme’s Narzo series of phones, comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, a 120Hz IPS LCD display, a 50MP rear camera and a 5000mAh battery that supports 15W charging.

Realme Narzo N65 Overview

Design

The Narzo N65 comes in at 7.89mm thin and 190 grams light. It resembles other recently launched Narzo devices on the market with flat side rails, a flat rear panel, and a centrally located circular camera bump that houses all the cameras inside.

The plastic side rails of the phone have a metallic finish and hold the power/fingerprint button and volume rockers on the right. The SIM card tray on the top, the USB-C port, the headphone jack, and the main speaker grille on the bottom.

In terms of ingress protection, the smartphone is rated IP54 dust and water-resistant.

Display

Moving onto the display, it is a punch-hole panel that has a noticeable chin on the bottom. The 6.67-inch, IPS LCD display has a resolution of 720 x 1604 pixels and a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz. 

It achieves a typical maximum brightness of 500 nits that can reach up to 625 nits in HBM mode.

The display also supports Realme’s Rainwater Touch Display, where the smartphone’s display can be used accurately when the display or your hands get wet.

Hardware

Powering the Narzo N65 smartphone is a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. The 6nm octa-core chip has 2x 2.4 GHz Cortex-A76 high-performing and 6x 2.0 Cortex-A55 efficiency cores. Graphics are handled by a Mali G57 coprocessor.

In the memory department, the phone currently comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The phone supports microSD card expansion as well.

One unique feature of the power button is the ability to map it to any app or tool. Realme calls it the ‘Dynamic Button’ and after unlocking your device, the power button can be tapped to launch different applications like flashlight, camera, etc.

Cameras

Regarding the camera, the Narzo N65 comes with a 50MP main camera that has an aperture of f/1.8. The main camera is accompanied by an auxiliary lens whose purpose and specifications have not been specified by Realme.

At the front, you get an 8MP selfie camera. Video-wise, both the front and rear cameras can record up to 1080p at 30 frames per second.

Battery and OS

The phone battery is a non-removable 5000mAh cell that charges through a USB-C port. It supports 15W charging.

In terms of software, Realme has included Android 14 as the phone’s operation system and has applied Realme UI 5.0 skin on top of the base OS.

Besides that, Realme has also included AI-enhanced performance management tools and a new feature called Air Gestures in the software.
