Motorola has had an on-and-off presence in the Nepali market. It debuted in 2017, then re-entered in 2022, and 2025 marks its third entry into the country.

Even its latest comeback was shrouded in uncertainty. The initial whispers started spreading back in August 2024, but we did not see it materialise until many months later.

Motorola Mobiles Price in Nepal 2025

Motorola mobiles price in Nepal start at Rs. 24,499 and go up to Rs. 46,499. Currently, Moto G and Motorola Edge series are available in the market.

If you are wondering, Motorola uses its full name for its midrange and flagship products, while for budget and lower midrange phones, it’s just Moto.

Moto G45

  • Price: Rs. 24,499 (8/128GB)

This phone has an IP52 rating and faux leather layering on the back panel. It has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel on the front with HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

Inside, it has the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 processor for its computing power. The Moto G45 is only available in a single 8/128GB configuration in Nepal. This phone supports RAM Boost as well as external storage expansion of up to 1TB.

It has a dual camera setup on the back, which includes a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP macro shooter. It has a 16MP snapper for selfies and face recognition. In the tank is a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging support.

Moto G64

  • Price: Rs. 27,499 (8/128GB) | Rs. 30,999 (12/256GB)

The Moto G64 is the first phone in the world to ship with MediaTek Dimensity 7025 chipset inside. It ships in two configurations in Nepal, which are 8/128GB and 12/256GB. On top of that, it has an expansion slot that supports a microSD card with a terabyte worth of space.

Design-wise, the Moto G64 stands out the most among all the available models. It is the only phone in the roster to skip the seamless camera island and opt for a plastic back panel. It is IP52-rated as well and has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel on the front with a 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution.

This phone also has a 50MP primary shooter but with OIS. The auxiliary lens has been swapped out to a more useful 8MP ultrawide snapper that doubles as a macro shooter. The front camera, however, remains at 16MP.

The battery on this thing has grown chunkier to 6,000mAh, and the charging speed went up to 30W too. Interestingly, the box packs a 33W charger instead.

Moto G85

  • Price: Rs. 34,499 (8/128GB) | Rs. 37,488 (12/256GB)

Moto G85 shares a fair share of similarities with the previous two phones. The design and chipset of this phone are almost the same as the Moto G45. As such, it has a seamless camera island with a leather back panel and all. It is also available in a plastic back option.

The visible difference between the two is surely the screen, which is curved on this phone. The screen isn’t just curved, it is an overall upgrade as it is a 10-bit pOLED panel with DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage. It also offers a 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution.

Inside, it has the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3, the same silicon as the G45. It is available in wider configurations, which include 8/128GB and 12/256GB. It also supports storage expansion of up to 1TB and has a cell capacity of 5,000mAh with 30W charging support.

Even though the rear camera is the same as that of the Moto G64 on paper, i.e. 50MP OIS (main) + 8MP (ultrawide), Motorola has upgraded the sensor underneath. It is now a LYT-600 sensor from Sony, which is usually hailed for capturing better photos. The resolution on the front-facing camera has been doubled to 32MP.

Motorola Edge 50 Fusion

  • Price: Rs. 46,499 (12/256GB)

Finally, we have the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion — and with the “Motorola” on its name, you can tell it is a tier above the rest.

Right off the bat, it packs the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 under the hood, offering a considerable performance boost over the 6s Gen 3 and the Dimensity 7025 its compatriots had. This silicon has a much more efficient 4nm fabbing, while the others only had 6nm (the smaller, the better). This translates similarly in AnTuTu scores too, where it achieves about 30% higher numbers than both chips!

The upgrades extend to the display as well! It features a 6.7-inch 10-bit pOLED panel with an FHD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. This places it alongside the Infinix GT 20 Pro as one of the only phones at this price point to offer buttery 144Hz smoothness.

Other upgrades include a better set of cameras with a 50MP primary snapper (Sony LYTIA 700C sensor) and a higher resolution 13MP ultrawide/macro. The charging on this thing has increased to over twice the speed — reaching up to 68W! Meanwhile, Motorola has opted for the trusty 5,000mAh cell to power the phone.
