- Khaanpin has opened two new kitchens and delivery points in the Kathmandu Valley.
- The new facilities aim to solve delivery delays in online food orders.
- Among other food delivery services, only Khaanpin delivers to distant Kathmandu areas.
Khaanpin, a cloud kitchen service in Nepal, has announced the opening of its two new kitchens and delivery points in the Kathmandu Valley, bringing the total to four kitchens in Kathmandu and Pokhara. This expansion begins on April 13, 2024 (Baisakh 1, 2081), on the occasion of the Nepali New Year.
The addition of these two new kitchens and delivery points aims to provide customers with even faster delivery of orders and improved overall service.
The implementation of the Spoke-Hub Distribution Paradigm was planned from the beginning, and the opening of these facilities marks the commencement of this strategy.
“Untimely and inconsistent delivery has always been a major problem for every individual ordering online food delivery. Realizing this major problem, we decided to open these new kitchens and delivery points for providing them with a faster as well as consistent delivery service,” said Isha Balla, managing director and co-founder of Khaanpin.
“We always have considered quality and timely delivery above anything else. Providing food for a distant customer on time while maintaining consistent quality is very difficult. These two new kitchens that easily access far corners of the valley will make sure that every order is delivered consistently while maintaining quality standards,” added Umesh Sapkota, managing director (productions) and co-founder of Khaanpin.
Khaanpin is a cloud-based kitchen and 24-hour food delivery service based in Kathmandu and Pokhara. Among the top online food delivery services in Kathmandu, only Khaanpin delivers food and drinks to far-off locations like Budhanilkantha, Godavari, Kamal Binayak, Gurjudhara, etc.
Khaanpin plans to add more kitchens and delivery points in the Kathmandu Valley in the near future so that all places and customers in the valley fall within a 15-minute delivery distance. The goal is to deliver every order within a 15-minute timeframe throughout the Kathmandu Valley.
