Kasaka Dirt Bikes are now available in Nepal. Style Trade Line, the authorized distributor of Kasaka Dirt bikes in Nepal, announced the launch via an official press release.
The company will mark its entry into the Nepali territory with two new Kasaka models: Kasaka 200 and Kasaka 250.
Both dirt bikes come with an unconventional design and near-eye watering price.
Interestingly, Kasaka 200 and Kasaka 250 offer different engines along with different designs from one another. But is it worth it? Let’s find out!

Talking about the bike, it has a unique offering, especially with the classic design. So, it will be interesting to see how the market reacts to it. However, I am concerned with the performance numbers.

Kasaka 200 Price in Nepal: Rs. 3,95,000
Kasaka 200 comes with a 200cc engine, but can only generate measly 14bhp and 14Nm. These performance numbers are typically expected from a 150-160cc engine, not a 200cc one.
But I will give them a benefit of a doubt, as dirt bikes typically boast lower performance figures in comparison. Guess, we’ll explore that in the future.
Kasaka 250
Compared to its sibling, Kasaka 250 comes with a more modern design.
It is powered by a 223cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine. Moreover, it can generate a max power of 16 bhp at 7500rpm and max torque of 16Nm at 6500rpm. Furthermore, it is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

Yet again, I am not very happy about the performance figures. Although, the performance numbers do align well with other dirt bikes with a similar heritage. If you look at UM dirt bikes, the performance numbers seem to align well.
In any case, I do believe that the real-world ride experience should define a motorcycle and not its spec sheet.
