The older Honda Dio price in Nepal starts at Rs. 2.21 Lakhs for the Standard variant and Rs. 2.33 Lakhs for the Deluxe variant.

Honda Dio Overview
Design
Honda Dio sports a familiar design.
It has gone through many different iterations over the years. In its latest update, Dio daunts a sportier avatar with its updated graphics in largely unchanged styling.
The front section comes with a sculpted apron with cuts and creases being more prominent than before.
The LED headlights and the halogen side indicators are integrated into the apron like before. However, the handlebar-mounted LED DRL has been slightly redesigned.
The side profile continues the similar aesthetics but with more angular crease lines. Plus, the new improvements include a Front Storage Box and an External Fuel Lid!

It gets a mix of sporty yet commuter-friendly designs. It includes elements like a Two-Level Seat, Split-Type Handlebar, and Dual Tone Colors.
Again, the aggressive angularity can be seen with the rear profile. It sports the familiar Halogen tail lamp but looks more aggressive than before.
Honda Dio comes in Blue, Yellow, Orange, Grey, Black, and Red different colors.
Performance
Honda Dio is powered by a 109.51cc, Single-cylinder, Air-cooled, SI, PGM-FI engine. It generates a max power of 8.00PS at 7000rpm and a max torque of 9.03 Nm at 5250rpm.
Moreover, it is also mated to a V-Matic transmission with a fuel tank capacity of 5.3 liters.
This is a BS6-compliant Fuel Injection engine.Â
Compared to the BS6 specs, the Dio BS4 generates about 0.26 Nm less torque.
Notable BS6-specific features include Silent Start with ACG and an updated Informative Digital Meter. However, Side Stand Engine cut-off is optional for both variants.
It supports Honda eSP Technology for smoother performance and uncompromised mileage, making the overall experience a lot better.
Additional Details
Telescopic Fork and a 3-step Adjustable Spring Loaded Hydraulic handle suspension duties. Previously, the Dio only used the Spring Loaded Hydraulic configuration.

The dimensions are 1808mm in length, 723mm in width, and 1150mm in height. Moreover, the wheelbase sits at 1260mm.
Interestingly enough, the Dio BS6 is 27mm longer, 13mm wider, and 17mm taller than the Dio BS4. Moreover, the wheelbase has also increased to 22mm
Honda Dio comes with a 160mm ground clearance. And, the kerb weight is 105kg.
It hosts an 18-liter under-seat storage capacity.
