After the successful completion of two iterations of IT Job fair, Deerwalk Institute of Technology (DWIT) completed its third edition as well. That’s right! DWIT Job Fair 2019 wrapped up successfully.
The event took place on Friday, September 20 at Deerwalk Complex, Sifal, Kathmandu. Moreover, the event showcased 13 companies from the software industry. Furthermore, the event witnessed a footfall of 670+ participants, mostly college graduates and student looking for internships.
According to the organizers, there were a total of 565 applicants who took part in the fair. Moreover, the direct hires were at 28. Additionally, 246 got the opportunity for the 2nd round of interview.
DWIT Job Fair 2019 Highlights
DWIT Job Fair is an annual IT Job fair event organized by DWIT with a primary aim to create a platform where Nepali IT/Software companies and students unite and bridge the gap between the necessities and requirements for a job in IT/Software industry.
The first and the second edition of the DWIT Job Fair were both a huge hit. Some of the biggest IT companies in Nepal, like Deerwalk, Vianet, Verscend, Log point, and many others participated in the event.
