Bajaj Pulsar N250 Overview
Design
Bajaj Pulsar N250 is built on the “sculptural purity” principle.
It sports a tone-on-tone dynamic with metalized dual colors and satin silver components. There are aesthetic similarities with the F250.
However, the front section is entirely different.
The N250 neatly stands for “Naked 250”.
Complying with that name, it gets a robotic headlamp housing. Moreover, it comes with an aggressive and sportier stance, which is absent in the F250.
Unlike the F250, it gets a single-piece handlebar.
However, this simple change produces a drastically different-looking motorcycle.
It features a bi-functional projector LED headlamp with neat LED DRLs. However, the rear twin LED tail lamp is shared by both Pulsars.
Honestly, it shares an aesthetic resemblance with the Yamaha MT 15.
Other visual elements include a chunky engine cowl, split-seat setup, and split-type grab rails.
It also gets a new Dual-Barrel Exhaust, similar to the one in the Dominar.
N250 debuts an all-new infinity analog-digital instrument cluster.
While Bluetooth connectivity is absent, it does get additional information like Gear Position, Clock, Range Indicator, and Fuel Efficiency.
Additionally, Bajaj Pulsar 250N is available in one color: Brooklyn Black.

Performance
Bajaj Pulsar N250 is powered by the all-new 249.07cc, Single-Cylinder, 4-stroke, 2-valve, oil-cooled SOHC FI engine. It can generate a max power of 24.5PS at 8750rpm and a max torque of 21.5Nm at 6500rpm.
Moreover, it is mated to a 5-speed gearbox with a Slipper Clutch!
However, there are a few disappointments regarding engine configuration.
Bajaj has opted for a 5-speed gearbox rather than a 6-speed. Moreover, it opts for oil cooling rather than liquid cooling.
Additional Features
Bajaj Pulsar N250 features Dual Disc Brakes with Dual-Channel ABS. Moreover, the Telescopic Fork and Mono Shock handle the suspension duties.
The dimensions are 2017 mm in length, 804 mm in width, and 1060 mm in height. Moreover, the wheelbase sits at 1358 mm.
Bajaj Pulsar N250 has 165mm ground clearance. And, the kerb weight is 162 kg.
It gets 17-inch tyres with a 100/80-section at the front and a 130/70-section at the rear. Unfortunately, there is no Radial option.

Bajaj Pulsar N250 | Price in Nepal |

Bajaj Pulsar N250 | Rs. 449900 |
Bajaj Pulsar N250 rivals the Yamaha MT-15.
Both bikes come with unique striking looks. However, the Yamaha MT-15 despite having a smaller 155cc engine comes with a 6-speed gearbox but sadly comes with a single-channel ABS.
On the other hand, the N250 costs less and outperforms the MT 15 with a larger 250cc engine. It comes with a larger 14-liter fuel tank. Moreover, it comes with a Dual-Channel ABS setup. However, it falls shorter with the 5-speed gearbox and old-school Analog meter.
To sum up, N250 comes with a greater power and MT 15 comes with quality of life features! Each bike have their plus and minus points, so it depends on the user’s preferences to choose one over other!
Interestingly, the Bajaj Pulsar N250 is the only bike to reach Tilicho Lake, which is the World’s highest Lake on an Off-road Motorcycle Expedition.
While it excels in practicality, it misses out on USD fork, Bluetooth Connectivity, and VVA technology. Perhaps this is one of the reasons behind the aggressive pricing strategy.
Nevertheless, the Bajaj Pulsar N250 gets Dual-Channel ABS for the Nepali market.
