Design

From the outside, the Asus Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED looks like any other premium laptop. It comes in a color that Asus calls Tech Black and has a black anodized aluminum build.

Opening the laptop lid will reveal the two screens of the laptop. The second display is placed above the keyboard, shifting the keyboard to the bottom side and the trackpad to the right side.

The position of the keyboard is concerning many consumers, as it can be uncomfortable to type on a keyboard that does not have a palm rest.

For ports, it has two Thunderbolt 4 ports that support power delivery, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A port, an HDMI 2.1 port, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a Micro SD Express 7.1 card slot.

Display

The main display measures 14.5 inches diagonally. It is an OLED touchscreen display with a resolution of 2880 x 1800 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display has an aspect ratio of 16:10, 500nits of HDR peak brightness, and can cover 100% DCI-P3 color space.

The additional display, which Asus calls ScreenPad Plus, is a 12.7-inch IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 2880 x 864 pixels. It is also a touchscreen display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

Hardware and Connectivity

The laptop is powered by an Intel Core i9-12900H CPU. It has 6 performance cores and 8 efficiency cores, totaling 14 cores, and 20 threads. All cores can utilize a total of 24MB of L3 cache. The max turbo frequency of the performance core can go up to 5.0GHz.

It also has a dedicated Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti graphics card. It has 2560 CUDA, 20 Ray Tracing, and 80 Tensor cores.

The Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED comes with 32GB LPDDR4 RAM and 1TB M.2 PCIe Gen 4 SSD. Furthermore, it has support for Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2.
