Alewa Bassbuds Overview
Design
The Bassbuds has an in-ear design that is styled to fit securely in your ears. It has a gold trim around the stem and the body with the Alewa logo printed on the touch-sensitive buttons. The status LEDs are placed on the side of the touch controls.
The case of the Alewa Bassbuds comes in a dual-tone black & white finish with a gold trim. It has a display on the outside that shows the current battery status. Branding-wise, the Alewa logo is printed on the top half of the earbud case.

Features
The Alewa Bassbuds comes with a bunch of features that is generally saved for the higher-end true wireless earbuds on the market. Features like active noise cancellation, transparency mode, equalizer profiles, and voice assistant support can all be accessed with the touch controls on the side of the earbud.
Equally important is the sound quality. The Alewa Bassbuds comes with a neutral sound profile that does not sound distorted in higher volumes. The vocals also sound clear and crisp.
The Alewa Bassbuds has an automatic pairing feature. It connects with any Bluetooth-enabled device without the need to press any buttons. Simply put the buds in your ear and select them in your device’s Bluetooth settings to pair and play.
Battery and Connectivity
Alewa’s product sheet states the Bassbuds has a 400mAh battery in the case and 40mAh batteries for each earbud. The company claims to give you roughly 6-7 hrs of playback and 4-5 hours of talk time.
The Alewa Bassbuds case has a USB Type-C connector for charging. The product sheet states you can fully charge your Alewa Bassbuds in 1.5 hours.
For connectivity, the Bassbuds comes with Bluetooth 5.3 and has a signal range of up to 10 meters from the playback device.
