InfoTechs Nepal opened its first physical laptop store at New Baneshwor, Minbhawan in Kathmandu on April 23, 2023. Founded in November 2020, InfoTechs Nepal is a laptop store based in Kathmandu that had been operating solely online until now.
The store offers all types of laptops from major brands such as Apple, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, Dell, HP, Xiaomi, and Huawei with prices ranging from Rs. 40,000 and up. The store promises to sell only genuine products and no refurbished items.
It is currently offering a New Year and opening discount of up to Rs. 20,000 on selected laptops throughout the month of Baisakh 2080 (until May 14, 2023).
The store also sells laptop and computer accessories such as headphones, keyboards, mice, coolers, chargers, and fans. In addition, InfoTechs Nepal offers storage devices such as SSD, HDD, and RAM and provides upgrade services for customers’ laptops and computers.
As now the store has a physical presence, InfoTechs Nepal has expanded its services to include custom PC builds for customers. Starting next week, customers can visit the store and choose the parts for their PC. The store has its own service center and offers up to a 2-year warranty depending on the laptop model.
“As a growing business, we are committed to providing quality products and services to our customers,” said Swadesh Baniya, CEO of InfoTechs Nepal.
“We are excited to offer our customers a physical store where they can find the right laptop for their needs and benefit from our custom PC builds, servicing, and upgrades.”
Initially, the target customer for InfoTechs Nepal was students. It then expanded its customer base to corporate houses, gamers, and IT professionals.

InfoTechs Nepal also offers EMI options for NMB Bank credit card holders. Customers who buy laptops from InfoTechs Nepal will get free laptop servicing within the period of warranty plus a year. The nature of free servicing and its frequency depend on the laptop models.
From time to time, the store also offers free laptop servicing. Throughout the month of Jestha 2080 (May 15, 2023 – June 15, 2023), InfoTechs Nepal is again running its free servicing campaign where the store aims to provide free laptop servicing to around 20 customers per day.
The physical store has an area of 1000 sq. ft. and is located at Minbhawan in Kathmandu. CEO Swadesh Baniya also shared that InfoTechs Nepal’s website will also feature a user-friendly interface in two weeks, where customers can easily choose the parts from home via drag and drop and order the assembled PC with those parts through the site.
