Ultima Lifestyle Grows by 700% in 2023, Receives Daraz Seller of the Year 2023 Award

Ultima Lifestyle has become the fastest-growing accessories brand in Nepal by scoring 700% growth in 2023 compared to 2022.

The brand launched nine new products and executed two successful campaigns during the year. Additionally, Ultima Lifestyle received the “Seller of the Year 2023” award at the Daraz Seller Summit 2023.

Ultima Lifestyle stood out among numerous competitors based on its sales figures and customer satisfaction ratings.

Selection criteria for Daraz’s Seller of the Year Award

  1. Customer Experience: Ultima Lifestyle states that it consistently prioritizes customer satisfaction, aiming to provide a quality shopping experience.
  2. New Initiatives: The company has shown reactiveness by launching new products, campaigns, and initiatives.
  3. Orders: In 2023, Ultima Lifestyle processed over 26,000 orders on Daraz, with 13,000 orders in November alone, setting a record for the highest orders by any seller in that month.
  4. GMV (gross merchandise value): The company’s GMV experienced 700% growth in 2023 compared to the previous year.
  5. Year-on-Year Growth: Ultima Lifestyle has achieved substantial year-on-year growth.

The Daraz platform began in February 2022, followed by a website launch later that year. Despite the presence of over 19,000 sellers across categories, Ultima achieved notable sales figures on Daraz in November. For 2024, Ultima anticipates a sales growth of over 500% on Daraz.

Additionally, Ultima Lifestyle is expanding its product offerings. While currently serving the TWS, SmartWatch, Powerbank, and Speaker markets, they intend to enter into the gaming sector, more versatile sound output solutions, and target the premium accessories segment.

Aman Gupta, the Company Brand Manager, mentioned plans for introducing over 25 products, with the first launch slated for the New Year. Ultima Lifestyle also aims to open more than 20 official stores and host various online and offline events, including the anticipated Ultima Exchange Mela 2.0.
